Definitions

Customers are responsible for checking the suitability, dimensions, capacity, and intended purpose of Goods before purchasing and using them.

Where household Goods are used by or around children, appropriate adult supervision should be provided where necessary.

Plastic Products and Food Containers

Certain Goods sold by the Company may be made from plastic or other synthetic materials.

Customers should refer to the product description, packaging, labels, or manufacturer instructions to determine whether a particular product is suitable for food storage, hot substances, microwave use, freezer use, dishwasher use, or other specific applications.

Unless expressly stated in the relevant product information, customers should not assume that a plastic product is suitable for:

• Microwave heating
• Direct cooking or heating
• Boiling liquids
• Oven use
• Open flames
• Extremely hot food or beverages
• Freezing
• Dishwasher cleaning
• Storage of chemicals or hazardous substances

The Company shall not be responsible for damage or injury resulting from use of a product outside its stated or reasonably intended purpose, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Storage Products, Chairs and Household Furniture

For products such as plastic chairs, storage drawers, racks, containers, cabinets, or similar Goods, customers must ensure that the Goods are placed on a suitable and stable surface and used within any stated weight or capacity limits.

Customers should not stand, climb, jump, or place excessive loads on Goods that are not specifically designed for such purposes.

Children should not be permitted to climb on storage drawers, chairs, cabinets, or similar household products without appropriate supervision.

Delivery

Delivery dates and estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Courier or logistics disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• High-volume order periods
• Supply chain interruptions
• Stock delays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Restricted delivery locations
• Natural disasters
• Government actions or restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient information, contact details, and delivery address when placing an Order.

Where permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the Goods will pass to you once the Goods have been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided in your Order or received by an authorised recipient.
